Leading GenZ:
          The New Collar Engagement Blueprint

Managers today are saying that engaging workers has always been a challenge but nothing like trying to connect with GenZ.

Author Mark C. Perna calls GenZ the “Why?” generation. He points out that when you respond to a young worker who asks why, “because I told you so” or “it’s your job”, you’re doing little to engage that person.

So what’s the best response when a worker
asks “Why?” ?

I’ve learned responses that motivate and engage people young and old in my organizations using lean manufacturing principles developed at Toyota Motor Corporation. Regardless of the function within an organization – accounting, marketing, sales, customer service, and yes, operations on the factory floor or in a retail shop – we can lead our people by providing an answer that engages them to participate in the goals for our organizations.

Won’t you join me in a 1-hour workshop that gives you the best responses when workers – especially GenZ – ask “Why?”.

You’ll get a copy of my presentation plus materials to get you started on a GenZ Engagement program.

The workshop covers:

  • What do GenZ Workers REALLY Want?
  • How should we respond to “Why?”
  • 1st steps to genuine workforce communication
  • Using Lean’s Quick Kaizen to get workers solving problems

NOTE: Donations go to funding interns through our 501(c)3 non-profit’s student programs. We are currently hiring students who have earned a Master Badge in our New Collar Workforce 3D Printing program, opening pathways to well-paying jobs without a college degree!

See you there!

Very useful tools I can use right away.
