3D Print Your Career

Students Hard at WorkThanks to a grant from the New Mexico Dept. Of Workforce Solutions, you can learn 3D Printing from design to maintenance for FDM 3D printer technology in 4 weeks with all tuition paid by the State of NM.  AND You earn a nationally-recognized credential via the New Collar Network, recognized by the MIT Fab Lab Network.  Not too shabby!  High school diploma or equivalent required but no 3D Printing experience necessary to get started.

We have identified about 1000 jobs in New Mexico that need 3D Printing today and into the next few years. Many of these jobs don’t require a college degree, but do demand skills via a certified program.  This intensive program gives you the training you need to get started in a new 3D Printing career.

3D Printing is needed in hospitals, dentist offices, jewelry fabricators, at LANL across departments, and more!
Starting pay is in the $55-75k range.

The Bootcamp takes place Monday through Friday 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. with an hour lunch break.   Cohort 1: August 23 – September 20, 2021.  Cohort 2: October 4 – November 1, 2021
