Fully 95% of the employers had said that problem-solving was the primary skill needed for today’s worker. Driven by disruptive technology’s exponential advances, today’s employee must be able to adapt and learn new hardware and software at an increasingly rapid pace.
But as employers it is imperative to give people the opportunity to solve problems on the job, take initiative and explore options for continuous improvement.
